BIA The Next Generation
The output of a Business Impact Analysis is critical information for developing cost efficient and effective recovery strategies and capabilities. Historically however, conducting a BIA has been unnecessarily time consuming and inefficient, and often produces results of limited credibility. The Next Generation of BIAs have arrived.
In this session, you will get practical pproaches for conducting a BIA in your organization that will produce meaningful results that will aid in the success of your business continuity program.
